Activities > Default Table Data | Section | |
Activity | The activity or activity type, such as inspection or cleaning. | |
Activity Date | The date that the activity was performed. | |
Consist | 1. The consist that you want to insert rows in the Activities table for. If you specify a consist, one row will be inserted for each asset that specifies the consist as its parent. Labor | The labor code of the person who performed the activity. | |
Work Location | The work location where the activity was performed. | |
Entered By | The person who entered the activity. | |
Entered Date | The date that the activity was entered. | |
Completed | Specifies whether the activity is completed. | |
Memo | The memo that is associated with the activity. | |
Activity Repair Facility | Specifies the repair facility location. A repair facility can take ownership of work orders from multiple sites in the same organization. User security can be configured to give permission to view work orders in multiple sites if the work orders are owned by a single repair facility. | |

Number of Rows to Insert | The number of rows to insert in the Activities table. If you specify a number of rows, other fields in the Insert New Rows section are null and read-only. | |
All Assets on the Work Order | Specifies whether to add a row to the Activities table for each asset that is on the work order. Select the check box to add a row for the asset on the work order header and a row for each asset listed in the Multiple Assets, Locations, and CIs table. If you select this check box, other fields in the Insert New Rows section are null and read-only. | |

Asset | The asset that the activity was performed on. | |
Alias | Alias for the asset. The Alias field is paired with the Asset field. An asset can have one or more aliases. You can enter either a Maximo asset identifier or an asset alias in the Asset field. If you enter an alias in the Asset field, Maximo recognizes it and replaces it with the Maximo asset identifier. Maximo moves the alias to Alias field. An alias can be associated with more than one asset. If you enter such an alias in the Asset field, Maximo displays a Select Value list of the assets that have that alias. The Alias field is read-only except on the Aliases subtab of the Asset tab in Assets (Tr), where you can create asset aliases. | |
