  Labor Identifier of the labor record. This field must be unique within an organization. When you save a labor record, this field becomes read-only.
  Name A nick name or a friendly name that this person can be identified with.This field is automatically populated when values are entered in the First Name and/or Last Name fields.
  Craft Identifier of this labor code's default craft. A list of all crafts associated with this labor code is displayed in the Crafts tab.
  Skill Level The skill level of the craft for this labor code.
  Work Location The location where this labor code works. The work location maybe used to select a labor code for work order assignments. This location's internal labor account is used to set the GL Control Account on all crafts for this labor that are not associated with a vendor. The GL Control Account, in turn, is used as the credit GL account for the labor transaction.
  Shift The shift record associated with this person.
  Start Time Start time of available hours
  Available Hours AVAILABILITY
  Assigned Indicates if labor with no availability during the date range is included in the available labor list.

Reschedule/Unassign Assignments

  Reschedule Date Date to which assignments of selected work orders will be rescheduled.
  Reschedule the assignments Indicates if the assignments of the selected wo should be rescheduled. Clear the check box to unassign the labor from the assignments and change the status of the assignments to WAITASGN. Assignments in COMPLETE or WAITASGN status will not be affected.

PMs   Table
  PM Identifies the preventive maintenance record from which the work order was generated.
  Description Describes the work order. To enter or view additional information, click the Long Description button.
  Asset Identifies the asset. The Asset field is for the Maximo asset identifier, the value Maximo uses to track the asset. An asset can also have one or more aliases. Transportation (Tr) applications have an Alias field next to the Asset field. You can enter either a Maximo asset identifier or an asset alias in the Asset field. If you enter an alias, Maximo recognizes it and replaces it with the Maximo asset identifier. Maximo moves the alias to the read-only Alias field. Some applications do not have an Alias field that is paired with the Asset field. In these applications, if you enter an asset alias in the Asset field, the alias is simply replaced by the Maximo asset identifier. An alias can be associated with more than one asset. If you enter such an alias in the Asset field, Maximo displays a Select Value list of the assets that have that alias.
  Location Identifies the work order's location. This is not necessarily the asset's location, however, if an asset is entered, its location will default here
  Has Children Y if WO has children N if it has no children
  Parent WO Parent of the work order shown in the Work Order field. When this field is blank, the work order in the Work Order field is a top-level work order. To assign a work order to a parent, select Assign to New Parent from the Select Action menu.

Create Work Order with Appointment Window

  Appointment Window The timeframe in which an appointment can be booked.
  Appointment Date The date of the appointment.
  Number of Appointments The number of appointments that is required to complete the work.

  Job Plan Job Plan for the work.
  Start No Earlier Than The earliest date at which work should start. Scheduled dates should be after this date.
  Location Identifies the work order's location. This is not necessarily the asset's location, however, if an asset is entered, its location will default here
  Priority Identifies the importance of the work order, from 0-999, where 0 is the lowest priority and 999 is the highest.
  Finish No Later Than The date that work should be completed by. Scheduled dates should be before this date.
