Certification   Tab
  Header Additional description of the permit and certificate type record.
  Certification The identifier of the certification record.
  Extension The number of the extension for the certification. A certification can be in any status, except Inactive status, for its duration to be extended. When you extend a certification, the certification expiry date is extended until the date that you specify in the Extend Expiry Until field. An extension number is generated. The extension number starts with 0 and increments by 1 for each subsequent extension.
  Category 1. The category of the certification record.
2. Values {{COMMISSIONING, Commissioning}, {CONSTRUCTION, Construction}, {OPERATIONS, Operations}}
  Permit and Certificate Type 1. The type of permit or certificate that is associated with the certification record. The status of the type of permit or certificate must be active. You can either select a value or create a type of permit or certificate record using the Permit and Certificate Types application.

  Organization The organization that is associated with the certification record.
  Owner The owner of the certification record. You use the Select Action > Select Owner option to assign either a person or a person group to own the certification record. To take ownership of the certification process, use the Select Action > Take Ownership option.
  Status The status of the certification record. Valid statuses are in the PLUSGCERTSTATUS synonym domain. The default value when you create the certification record is Draft. Use the Change Status icon on the toolbar to modify the status of the certification record.
  Regulatory Permit Indicates whether the certification is a regulatory permit.
  Site The site that is associated with the certification record.
  Owner Group The group that owns the certification record. To change this value, use the Select Action > Select Owner option.
  Status Date The server date and time when the certification record was created, or when the status changed of the certification record. This value is read-only.
  Template Indicates that the record can be used as a template to create other certification records. Only certain fields and their values are duplicated. Duplicate fields and their values are copied from the originating record to the new record.
  External Status The status that was assigned to the certification by the issuing organization. Valid values are in the PLUSGCERTEXTSTAT domain.

  Detail Long Description for Details
  Awarded To The person who received the certification.
  Location The location that is associated with the certification record.
  Asset The asset that is associated with the certification record.
  Operating Procedure The operating procedure that is associated with the certification record.
  Regulation The regulation that is associated with the certification record.
  Revision The revision number of the regulation record. Indicates how many times a regulation record has been revised.
  Audit The Audit and Survey application record that is associated with the certification.
  Classification When you specify a classification for an object, you can organize related parent and child objects in a hierarchical structure, similar to a file directory. You can then drill up and down through the hierarchy to view associated items. Create and manage classifications in the Classifications application.
  Class Description Description of the classification specified for this record
  Risk Assessment The risk assessment number that is associated with Certifications.
  Item The item that is associated with the certification.
  Hazard The hazard that is associated with the certification record.
  Issuing Agency The external organization, such as a regulatory agency, that issued the certification.
  External Reference The identifier that was assigned to the certification by the external organization that issued the certification.
     
Certification > Dates   Section
  Issued By The person who issued the certification.
  Issued The date of issue of the certification.
  Expiry The date when the certification expires.
  Submitted The date when the certification was submitted to the regulatory agency or authority.
  External Approval The date when the certification was approved by the external organization that issued the certificate.
  Effective The date when the certification became effective.

  Location The location to which the certification record applies.
  Comments Detailed information about the multiple location record.
  Site Specifies the site where this location or storeroom resides.
  Area The area that is associated with location.
  Unit The unit that is associated with the certification.

  Review Action Summary A summary of the review actions that are associated with the certification.
  Total Score The total score that is assigned to the review actions that are associated with the certification.

  Standard Action The action that is associated with the certification. You can select an action or you can create an action using the Standard Actions application.
  Standard Action Group The group of actions that are associated with the certification. You can select an action group or you can create an action group using the Standard Action Groups application.
  Action By The person who is taking the action.
  Action By Group The group of people, such as the engineering group, that is responsible for carrying out the action.
  Repeatable Indicates whether a standard action can be repeated.
  Category The category of the action. Valid values are in the PLUSGACTIONCAT domain.
  Review Action Indicates whether the action for the item must be reviewed.
  Completed Indicates whether the action that is associated with the certification is complete.
  Sign Off The date and time when the action was completed.
  Comments Detailed information about the action.

  Fee Tracking The costs that are associated with obtaining the regulatory permit.
  Regulatory Permit Type The type of regulatory permit. Valid values are in the PLUSGREGPERTYPE domain.
  Permit Duration The duration of the permit. The duration of the permit is calculated from the current date and time minus the issued date and time.

  Field Name The name of the geographic area that contains an oil well or a gas well.
  Well Pad The surface area within which oil wells or gas wells are situated.
  Well Name The name of the well within a geographic area or field.
  API Number The identifier that is assigned to each oil well or to each gas reservoir.
  Lease Name The name of the lease under which the oil field or the gas reservoir is registered.
  State The state in which the oil field or the gas reservoir is located.
  County The county in which the oil field or the gas reservoir is located.

Regulatory Permit > Environmental Consents > Environmental Consents   Table with "New Row" button. "Mark Row for Delete" icon is available in every row.
  Consent The number of the environmental consent. The default starts with 10 and increases in increments of 10. You can specify values between the increments.
  Consent Type The type of environmental consent, such as emissions to water, emissions to air, or energy usage.
  Consent Limit The maximum amount of the type of environmental consent that is allowed by the associated regulation, such as the limit of emissions to air.
  Units The unit of measure, such as kilograms or decibals.
  Meter The name of the meter, such as a carbon dioxide sensor, that is used to record measurements.
  Meter Group The name of the group under which meters can be grouped.
  Measurement Point The acceptable upper and lower conditions and performance limits for a point or a place on a piece of equipment.
  Regulation The regulation that is associated with the environmental consent for the certification.
  Revision The revision number of the regulation record. Indicates how many times a regulation record has been revised.

  Reviewer The person who is reviewing the certification record.
  Comments The comments that are associated with the review of the certification record.
  Person's Location The place where this person is located.
  Job Code The job code of this person.
  Technical Authority Indicates whether this person is a technical authority. If the check box is selected, this person is a technical authority, and a technical authority type is required.
  Reviewed Indicates whether this certification record was reviewed.
  Person's Site The site to which this person belongs.
  Employee Type The type of employee this person is, such as full time or a part time employee.
  Technical Authority Type The type of technical authority that this person has. Valid values are in the PLUSGTECHAUTHORITY domain.
  Sign Off Date The date and time when the certification record was reviewed.

Review and Approval > Approvers > Details   Section
  Approver The person who is approving the certification record.
  Comments The comments that are associated with the approval of the certification record.
  Person's Location The place where this person is located.
  Job Code The job code of this person.
  Technical Authority Indicates whether this person is a technical authority. If the check box is selected, this person is a technical authority, and a technical authority type is required.
  Approved Indicates whether this certification record was approved.
  Person's Site The site to which this person belongs.
  Employee Type The type of employee this person is, such as full time or a part time employee.
  Technical Authority Type The type of technical authority that this person has. Valid values are in the PLUSGTECHAUTHORITY domain.
  Sign Off Date The date and time when the certification record was approved.

Related Records > Related Work Orders > Details   Section
  Work Order
Identifies the related record. Click the Detail Menu button to select an option and retrieve a value.
  Class Class of the related work order. Valid values are in the WOCLASS domain. The application populates this field for the related work order that you select. You can choose a work order class before choosing a related work order; if you do so, the application displays only work orders of the specified class in the Select Value dialog box for the work order.
  Asset Identifies the asset. The Asset field is for the Maximo asset identifier, the value Maximo uses to track the asset. An asset can also have one or more aliases. Transportation (Tr) applications have an Alias field next to the Asset field. You can enter either a Maximo asset identifier or an asset alias in the Asset field. If you enter an alias, Maximo recognizes it and replaces it with the Maximo asset identifier. Maximo moves the alias to the read-only Alias field. Some applications do not have an Alias field that is paired with the Asset field. In these applications, if you enter an asset alias in the Asset field, the alias is simply replaced by the Maximo asset identifier. An alias can be associated with more than one asset. If you enter such an alias in the Asset field, Maximo displays a Select Value list of the assets that have that alias.
  Location Identifies the work order's location. This is not necessarily the asset's location, however, if an asset is entered, its location will default here

  Status Status of the work order, for example, in progress, waiting on material, waiting for approval, completed, or closed.

Related Records > Related Tickets > Details   Section
  Related Record Key Identifies the related record. Click the Detail Menu button to select an option and retrieve a value.
  Class Class of the related ticket. The application enters this value for the related ticket you select. You can choose a ticket class before choosing a related ticket; if you do so, the application displays only tickets of the chosen class in the Select Value dialog box for the related ticket. To choose a ticket class, enter a value or click the Select Value button.
  Asset Default assetnum The Asset field is for the Maximo asset identifier, the value Maximo uses to track the asset. An asset can also have one or more aliases.   Originating application The application that is to be considered this log originator. This can be different from the ORGOBJECT field.
  ID Name of original escalation or workflow process
  Is Global Issue Specifies whether the ticket is global. A global ticket either affects many users or is a root cause of other tickets. If the check box is selected, the ticket is global. You can view or specify its class in the Global Class field. You can use a global ticket to manage groups of related tickets. When you change the status of the global record, the status of all globally- related records changes. If your administrator defines automated notifications of status changes, all initial requesters who reported the same issue are notified of the status changes.
